Julia Lai joined our firm as a trainee solicitor in 2020 and was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2023.

Miss Lai has experience in initial public offerings, general offer and other corporate finance transactions. She also handles matters relating to post-listing compliance and general commercial transactions.
