Denise Chan was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2003.

Ms. Chan has experience in initial public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions, general offer, equity fund-raising transactions including placing of shares and warrants, and compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
